Liquid Bean is owned and operated by Paul Johnson and Dan Johnson. Paul the managing partner, spend most of his waking hours at the Bean. However any chance he gets is devoted to cross country skiing, cycling, running, kayaking, movies or listening to music.

Arika J spends about as much time at the Bean as Paul. She also enjoys all of the same outdoor activities as Paul.  Arika is the owner of Studio A Photography.  Stop at the Bean and see some of her work. 

Adele J has worked at the Bean since September of 98.  This fall she will complete her Assoc. in Arts degree at Lake Region State College.

Megan G. is a May graduate of Starkweather High and will be attending NDSU in fall.  As a high school student Meg was involved in athletics an music.  This summer she will be in the Fort Totten Theater production. 

Lydia G. just finished her sophomore year at Moorhead State University.  She is active in dance, drama and music. 

Ashley B has been working at the Bean since last summer.  She has just completed a year of study at Lake Region and plans to continue her studies at UND in the fall. 

Naomi D. works on occasion at the Bean.  She is a graduate of Northestern College in St. Paul.  Naomi is a talented singer with the group "Special Delivery"

Dan J occasionally stops through to help clean and read the papers. His interests include teaching, photography, and coffee drinking.

Since the we opened  in '93 "The Bean" has had many loyal employees. Occasionally these bean alumnus return as guest barista.  Most of them are listed on the Alumni page.
